We are always checking the weather for the wind direction to determine where to place the hay to keep it from blowing away. The wind can blow several dollars worth of hay into the air to never never land. In eastern Oklahoma they place the bales on one side of the trees. This isn't an option in the Oklahoma Panhandle because trees are sparse on the plains and far between.
It's time to go back out for evening chores.
